Performance Creative Lead

About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Creative Lead to power our paid acquisition creative engine. They need to deeply understand what makes creatives stand out and thrive on building systems that turn data into repeatable creative wins that drive growth. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, project management, and performance marketing.

Pok Pok is Toronto-based, so we are looking for candidates who preferably live in the GTA, but we will consider exceptional candidates elsewhere in Ontario or anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities:

Project manage creative pipelines to ensure alignment with testing goals.
Build and maintain structured systems for developing and iterating on winning creatives.
Analyze ad performance and creative workflows to identify winners, rising stars, insights, gaps, and next testing opportunities across angles, formats, messaging, and creators.
Analyze competitors, consumer behavior, and trends to fuel new creative ideas.
Provide feedback and push for ads that truly connect with users, not just look perfect.
Support creative production by creating briefs, scripts and filming content when needed.
Host brainstorming sessions to generate ideas that help unlock new creative angles.
Maintain clear documentation of creative tests, iterations, trackers, and assets.

Requirements:

3-5+ years of experience leading performance creative for paid acquisition across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, etc).
Strong project management and organizational skills with creative workflow experience.
Proven ability in turning performance data and user insights into creative wins at scale.
You are creative obsessed. You dig deep to understand how to better them through copy, design, music and format-swapping.
Strong grasp of creative performance, from hooks and formats to iteration strategy, with fluency in metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPC, and CPA.
You have a great eye for thumb-stopping designs that make people click to know more.
Comfortable adopting AI tools and emerging creative technologies to improve efficiency.

Nice to have:

Copywriting skills to iterate on successful creative copy.
Knowledge of the kids’ app ecosystem.
Comfort creating and filming ad content to support rapid iteration.
